General introduction to the invertebrates. The
classification, morphology, ecology, and phylogeny of
major invertebrate phyla is emphasized. Lecture, 2 hours;
laboratory, 4 hours; plus one all day Saturday or Sunday
trip late in the course (students must provide
transportation). 4 credits.
