~ Principles of Systematics
The philosophy and procedures of taxonomy and
phylogenetics. An introduction and overview of modern
systematics from the perspective of a phylogenetic
approach. Included are discussions of character analysis,
homology, concepts of species and supraspecific taxa, and
rules of nomenclature. Scheduled spring terms.
