Laboratory course with research based focus on experimental
projects in mammalian cell culture emphasizing recombinant
DNA approaches. Areas of study include tumor cell biology,
cell death induction (apoptosis) by cytotoxic agents, DNA
transfections and genomic DNA analysis. 3 credits.
